ES LLc fully controls all carbon offsets generated by HAP and has commercialization exclusively. The emphasis of HAP is in project development in Peru due to extraordinary Opportunities, Including:

• Macro-economic stability for sustained profits.
• Below 20 MW of installed capacity to minimize regulatory requirements.
• No need for dam construction or complex engineering, therefore minimizing environmental and social impacts.
• Negotiated electricity uptake from day 1.
